Coaching program
- Before meaningful client-specific work begins: amounts paid are refundable, subject to any processing-cost treatment stated in the signed agreement and permitted by law.
- After meaningful client-specific work begins but before kickoff: Jagged Transformation may retain $500 USD and refund amounts paid above $500 USD.
- After kickoff: there is no automatic refund. Amounts paid are generally nonrefundable, and any remaining contracted balance generally remains due under the signed agreement.
Any material exception requires written approval from Jagged Transformation. There is no automatic partial-refund formula after kickoff.
DIY program
The DIY program is not currently offered for instant public checkout from this main website. Its checkout and written agreement will display the applicable access, cancellation, and refund terms before payment is accepted.
Digital products
No standalone digital product is currently offered for purchase from this main website. Product-specific delivery and refund terms will be displayed before a future digital purchase is accepted.
Payment plans and failed payments
Canceling participation does not automatically cancel amounts already due under a signed agreement. When a scheduled payment fails, Jagged Transformation may notify the customer immediately, send a reminder after 24 hours, and pause Jagged Transformation-controlled access after 48 hours until payment clears. A pause does not by itself cancel or forgive the agreement, extend its term, or delete customer records.
